From February 2008, the hotel booking system that we use through the BCL
Australian websites is powered by World Choice Travel (WCT).
If you have a booking, please contact
customerservice@wctravel.com
if you need to cancel or modify a reservation, request a refund, need
re-accommodating or wish to log a complaint. Customer Service Agents DO NOT
have any additional information that is not already available online through
the website.
If you are a hotel with a query about your listing or a
reservation made through the BCL sites, please contact World Choice Travel.

To check, change or cancel HotelClub and RatesToGo bookings, please

Customer service page. There are quick links on the right of that page for
checking or changing your hotel bookings with HotelClub and for emailing their
support centre. You will also find their Frequently Asked Questions and other
information. Your booking confirmation voucher will include full contact details
of the hotel. You need your email address and booking ID to log in and make
changes or check progress of bookings.
Note: If you contact the hotel direct,
tell them that your booking is through Flairview Travel.

Hostelworld Your booking confirmation voucher will include full contact
details of the hostel.
For questions about Viator Tour bookings, your booking confirmation voucher will include full contact
details of the tour operator. You can also email Viator - "support
(at) viator.com" for prompt 24/7 support.
Check your voucher for the email address. For questions before booking, please
use the "Request Help" button at the bottom right of the relevant tour
and use the FAQ and online form.
For questions about GoDo bookings, your booking voucher will
include the full contact details of the tour operator. You can contact

For questions about RedBalloon Days bookings, your gift voucher will
include the full contact details of the tour operator. You can contact

Please note that BCL does not take phone bookings. All bookings are processed through the secure
online booking systems of the appropriate companies above using white-label,
co-branded websites which
include BCL's navigation. You can see the "powered by" logos and check the address bar at the top of your
screen (http://...) to see which company you are dealing with. We select
reputable companies to provide these services to you. All bookings are processed
by the above companies - not by BCL.

Advertising Enquiries

Are you having problems
with popups or redirections on our pages?
The only pop-up on our site is the tell-a-friend form that you get when you
click on the Tell-a Friend button at the top left of our pages. If you are
having other popups, new pages opening or unexpected redirections, they are likely to be created by

Are you having problems
with missing links on our pages?
Some readers have complained that links and images are missing on our pages.
This can happen to all websites when a security software product on your
computer blocks images and removes links that are judged to be advertisements.
Sometimes they are advertisements, sometimes they are not. BCL relies on
advertising income to provide our service free to users but we do not use pop-up
ads or other intrusive advertising. We believe that you have every right to
ignore ads on our pages, but no third party has the right to deface our
website. If you are getting pop-ups, please seek advice about removing
adware from your computer.
